Organ of locomotion, it also has a main driving role. There are 35 muscles (not counting those of the foot) divided as follows: 12 muscles on the hip forming the pelvic belt, the thigh is composed of 11 muscles divided into 3 lodges, and there are 12 muscles at the leg, also divided into 3 lodges, which end on the bones of the ankle, itself formed with the foot of 26 bones , including 7 at the level of the tarsus.

The nerves that pass through these muscles come from the lombo-sacred plexus, which can be trapped in different parts of the lower limb muscles, since its vertebral exit, if the spine suffers from osteoarthritis reducing the diameter of the lumbar canal, or in case of herniated disc compressing the nerve root in relation to the epidural space.

Nervous trunks can also be compressed and create a ductal syndrome, the most common are compression
